PNR Society provides all it’s hostel children an opportunity to celebrate Indian festivals in their true spirit. For Diwali they get firecrackers, for holi they get colours and for Christmas they get a Christmas tree and lights. Every celebration is accompanied by light snacks and sometimes goodies. Through this donation you can help the kids celebrate a particular festival of your choice.

Project Detail:

Tympanoplasty is a surgical procedure performed for the reconstruction of eardrums as well as the small bones of the middle ear. It is a rectification surgery that helps improve the hearing of the patient and can lead to the elimination of the physical disability. The patients diagnosed as being a positive candidate for this surgery, are provided assistance by the PNR society, at their hospital. This surgery is performed free of cost for the needy.

Rubella is a contagious viral disease that is characterized by severe red rash. Acquiring Rubella during pregnancy or having before conceiving can increase the risk of having a disabled child. This disease can be avoided through Rubella Vaccination – a single injection that helps your body fight this infection. PNR Society assists in providing this vaccination; free of cost, to girls and women with the help of awareness drives.

Cataract is a common ageing related problem that causes blurry vision that eventually can lead to blindness. The cloudiness in vision can however be corrected through measures like glasses and surgery. PNR society provides free cataract surgery to people in need.

Openings or slits in the roof of the mouth and the lips are known as cleft lips and cleft palate.  This is a birth defect and if not rectified can cause problems in eating, talking and basic facial movements. PNR Society provides free of cost corrective surgery for the kids.

PNR Society in order to assist in providing aid to the physically disabled, carved out a dedicated branch that produce and designs artificial limbs according to individual needs as well as provides training on how to use them efficiently.

Cerebral palsy patients typically face mobility challenges and depending upon the severity of the disorder and the primary muscle groups involved, CP can present severe limitations. Orthopedic surgery helps in improving patients’ ability to move and walk – with or without mobility aids. PNR Society provides complimentary surgery to children eligible for it.

Project Detail:

Autism is a form of developmental disorder that impairs the ability to communicate and interact. It affects the development of language and communication skills and can have an impact on the sensory organs. Through early intervention and dedicated special education, this disorder can be controlled and in some cases even rectified to a certain degree. PNR Society through it’s Autism school provides free of cost care, education and amenities to help children suffering from this disorder.

Through Inclusive Education, PNR Society aims at providing equal opportunity for disabled children to study in a normal school and in turn help them with a chance to normal life. The K N Shah HighTech Inclusive school by PNR Society provides a platform for disabled children as well as children from impoverished society to have a chance at proper schooling till their 12th standard at minimal to free cost.

PNR Society holds camps to spread awareness about physical disability as well as provide aid and assistance to those in need. These camps are held at multiple locations in and outside of the Bhavnagar District, where on the basis of the care needed, appliances are provided to the needy and training for the same is imparted, free of cost.

A corpus fund for this program helps in creating a consistent source of monetary support to run the program. This corpus fund covers administration, maintenance, management and child care expenses.

PNR Society runs a hospital in Bhavnagar that provides medical care like diagnosis, medicines, doctor visits, OPD ward and surgery to the needy and poor patients at a near to free cost. The corpus fund created for the PNR hospital is used towards hospital maintenance, staff and amenities, doctor care, medicines and treatments, equipment and devices as well as patient needs.

Various divisions of the PNR society use the physiotherapy center of PNR Society for several rehabilitation care, remedial treatments and medical assistance. Used for the care of Cerebral Palsy children, Multi-disability children, Autistic children, Artificial limb center, Senior citizens and surgical patients. Through the corpus fund for the physiotherapy center, PNR society aims at creating continual funds for management, administration, upgrade and maintenance of the center, its equipment and the doctor as well as the staff members assisting in it.
