A career in IT Sector has boomed all over the country. In the era as information explosion, if one is not “net Savy”, one is likely to be left behind in the race. Areas within the IT Sector that one could look at are the next growth sectors within the IT industry.
Objective:
With a view to provide semi-skilled/skilled workers to industry by systematic training to school leavers and also to reduce unemployment among educated youth by equipping them with suitable skills for industrial employment, the college has started in this year the following entire computer based Trades affiliated by Directorates of Employment & Training, National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT), New Delhi which will enhance student’s skills and tap their potential. These trades are very much useful for getting jobs in India and abroad too.
The college has successfully cleared National Council’s one year hard-hitting assessment process from January 2008 to March 2009.
Staff Orientation Programme:
A Staff orientation training programme has been arranged for the staff members of this centre in which staff members visited the National Council of Vocational Training Institute at New Delhi as well as Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, Deharadun, affiliated to ISRO. They have also taken training at Institute of Computer Scinece and Institute of Management and Laws at Dehardun.
